2. Strictly inspect and control the incoming quality of raw materials, original components and supporting parts.
3. Ensure that the processing technology of the supplied equipment is perfect and the testing means are complete. Products never leave the factory with defects; Pre-delivery test and inspection items and implementation standards shall be implemented according to relevant standards.
4. Take full responsibility for the subcontractor's supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interface, service and other problems. The subcontractors of key components as stipulated in the contract shall meet the requirements of relevant qualifications and be approved by the demander.
5. The contract provides the supervision unit with relevant department standards and drawings, and provides convenience for the supervision. Notify the demander and the representative of supervision in advance of the place where the supervision equipment is to be stopped for inspection, and the demander can send relevant technical personnel to the supplier for on-site supervision.
6. Timely report the quality defects in the process of equipment manufacturing to the demander and the supervision representative without concealing. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard stipulated in the contract, we will replace it unconditionally. In the process of installation and trial operation, equipment quality problems, light treatment problems, and then distinguish responsibility, all to meet the needs of the project progress as the criterion.
